Consists of two divisions:

• First: Researches and Studies

• Second: Consultations and Technical Services

1. Confine qualifications and expertise from teaching staff members to establish data base in the various studies and research fields.

2. Form specialized technical teams to conduct studies, research and technical services.

3. Prepare MOA/agreements for studies, consultations and technical services.

4. Conduct and follow-up of technical tests and lab analyses.

5. Prepare and organize all of  workshops and scientific seminars.

6. Exchanging expertise and consultations with similar departments in Jordan and abroad.

• Second: Public Colleges

1. Maintain and update training courses data base.

2. Supervise the training courses conducted by the private colleges through site visits and audits.

3. Conduct training courses to BAU students and both public and private sectors.

4. Determine the training programs and list the instructors in cooperation with various University Departments.

5. Provide all the needs and training requirement in order to conduct high quality training courses.

6. Issue training certificates for the courses conducted at BAU and its affiliated colleges and units and authenticate private colleges' training courses certificates.

• Second: Auditing & Following Up

1. Marketing various training courses conducted by for the University.

2. Promote the products of the affiliated colleges and units.

3. Enhance the link with local community establishments.

4. Follow up and update CSTC website.

5. Prepare CSTC publications and brochure.
