Consultations, Studies and Training Center (CSTC) was established according to Al-Balqa' Applied University (BAU) Deans' Council resolution on December 1st, 2003; in order to, fulfill BAU's objectives to serve the Jordanian Society and to contribute in the comprehensive development process of the Arab World. CSTC aims to:

1. Recruit its human capabilities and financial resources towards developing capabilities and find solutions for local society problems by:


• Offer consultation and technical services; perform studies, researches for both public and
   private sectors.
• Conduct courses, workshops, seminars and related conferences within the scope of CSTC.
• Perform chemical and physical analyses related to science and engineering.
• Develop and market the teaching staff members' innovative ideas in technical and
   administrative fields.
• Supervise the training courses and control its quality.
• Market BAU's various College's and administrative units' products.

Vision

CSTC under the umbrella of Al-Balqa’ Applied University shall prove to be a unique system enhancing the economical and social development in both national and regional levels. The trainees of CSTC shall be distinguished, highly trained, motivated and skilled with good experiences in their respective fields. The programs shall be flexible in order to meet the demands and requirements of the industrial sectors and therefore, meet the national and regional needs. CSTC is aiming to be a leading Center in the field of consultation and training in Jordan.
Key among the ideas comprising this vision is:

Mission

CSTC is a comprehensive continuous educational Center providing our community with access to the knowledge and skills relevant to the future economic and social development of the region. The mission of CSTC is to provide educational support programs, consultations and community services for a broad spectrum of community.
This shall be achieved by strengthening the relationship with the industrial sectors and the local community by emphasizing upon the applied education and Skills development with respect to the industrial demand.

Quality Policy

It is the policy of Consultation, Studies and Training Center (CSTC) to:
 Ensure that its standards and reputation for high quality education services is maintained
    and enhanced.
 Provide its students, community, and employees, at all times, with services complying with
    standards and regulation of Al-Balqa' Applied University for all aspects of work.
 Meet the expectations and needs of its students and community and employees.
